3. Payment Terms
We accept payments via:
- For Bangladeshi clients: bKash, Nagad, and Bank Transfer
- For international clients: Binance, Payoneer, and International Bank Transfer
Currency: We accept all major currencies including BDT, USD, EUR, etc.
Payment Policy:
- 50% advance payment is required to initiate work.
- The remaining 50% is payable before final delivery.
- Project work will not begin without advance confirmation.
4. Refund Policy
- You may request a refund only before the project has officially started.
- No refund is provided once work has begun or any part of the project has been delivered.
- If a project is canceled due to client-side delays or lack of communication for 14+ days, no refund will be issued.
- Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of Nexatech Studio.
5. Delivery of Services
Final files are delivered through channels as per client preference, such as:
- Google Drive
- Client portal (if applicable)
6. Intellectual Property
Full ownership of completed deliverables transfers to the client after full payment. Nexatech Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Losses from third-party tools or platforms
- Delays caused by incomplete client input
- Technical issues beyond our control
8. Modifications
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
